Dr. Bai-Qing Zhao has been awarded an “Outstanding Postdoctoral Researcher Award” by the Solid State Lighting and Energy Electronics Center (SSLEEC) for outstanding computational studies on efficiency loss mechanisms in GaN.
The award was presented in conjunction with the 2025 SSLEEC Conference.
