Graduate Student Haochen Wang has uncovered ways to enhance the properties of AlScN alloys, which are increasingly used in electronic and piezoelectric devices. Working with former postdoc Sai Mu, he outlined how adjusting the material's atomic structure and composition can boost the materials performance. The study was featured on the cover of Applied Physics Letters.
