Abhishek K. Singh, former postdoc in the Van de Walle group and now Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, received the 2014 Materials Research Society of India (MRSI) medal. MRSI Medals are awarded in recognition of excellence in a particular field of expertise within the domain of materials and processes.
